About The Emmeline Academy.
Like a finishing school for ambitious women, The Emmeline Academy is a transformative 12-week program designed to equip women with the skills, mindset, and confidence to lead in their careers and entrepreneurial journeys. Inspired by the powerful women of history, the Academy empowers women to step into leadership roles, pursue their dreams, and create a lasting impact.
This exclusive program runs on a fall and spring semester system, combining weekly group coaching classes with supplemental audio and video lessons, assignments, and one-on-one “office hour” mentorship sessions.
The Academy is ideal for women at the beginning of their careers or business ventures, but is also perfect for women of all ages who are ready to take their personal and professional development to the next level.
The program structure:
12-Week Curriculum: Engage in once per week group coaching sessions led by experienced mentors, designed to provide real-world tools and insights for success.
Supplemental Lessons: Access the audio and video resources to deepen your understanding and reinforce key concepts.
One-on-One Office Hours: Receive three 60-minute personalized coaching sessions throughout the semester to address your specific needs and challenges.
Final Project: Present a highly-personalized final project at the end of the semester, showcasing your next steps for leadership or business success.

The application process.
The Emmeline Academy’s application process is designed to select highly motivated women who are committed to personal growth and leadership development. The process begins with a comprehensive written application, where candidates will outline their goals, challenges, and vision for success. Shortlisted applicants will then be invited for a short zoom interview to assess their fit for the program. This thorough selection process ensures that each participant is ready to engage fully, contribute meaningfully, and succeed in the transformative 12-week journey.
